Khianna L. Palmer is Chief Executive officer at Image Czar Communications LLC, a trusted organization dedicated to
self-sufficiency, self-care, and improved quality of life. Khianna's mission is to utilize innovation to provide revolutionary services to life's daily challenges and economic demands. Ultimately creating more business owners, stronger families, and thriving communities through self-awareness, employment opportunities, and business ownership support.
Khanna graduated William Penn High School as a Certified carpenter having served two terms as President of the Carpentry Vocational Program.
Khianna successfully assisted in the contract start-up and operation of Pennsylvania's state-wide contact center for Medicaid-Medical Assistance and Behavior Health programs, in which she supported the government in serving the community life-altering medical and mental health benefits. After working in the customer service corporate sector for over 20 years Khianna started her own virtual call center in 2017 and is committed to helping others across the United States, UK, and Canada work from home.
In addition to her work through Image Czar Communications LLC Khianna sits on the board of Hope for All (HFA) Charlotte, a nonprofit organization providing free health screenings, clothing drives, school supplies, tutoring, and career assistance for all, including veterans, homeless, and the disadvantaged.
In 2015 Khianna won Poet of The Year. In 2018 she was nominated Author of The Year, however, she has long since lent her writing gifts to the community to improve literacy, offer greater self-awareness, and boost confidence and cognitive function all in an effort to improve the way we understand, communicate, and work with each other.
