I’m Khianna L. Palmer, the Chief Executive Officer of Image Czar Communications LLC, an organization dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency, self-care, and improving lives through innovative solutions. My mission is to empower individuals and businesses with the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges and succeed in today’s economy. I strive to create more business owners, stronger families, and thriving communities through a focus on self-awareness, employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship.


I’m a certified carpenter by trade, having served two terms as President of the Carpentry Vocational Program at William Penn High School. My career evolved as I successfully assisted in the launch and operation of Pennsylvania’s statewide contact center for Medicaid-Medical Assistance and Behavioral Health programs. During this time, I supported government efforts to deliver critical medical and mental health services to the community.


After more than 20 years in the corporate customer service sector, I took the leap to start my own virtual call center in 2017. Since then, I’ve been committed to helping individuals across the U.S., UK, and Canada transition to remote work and achieve work-life balance.


In addition to my work at Image Czar Communications, I’m honored to serve on the board of Hope For All Charlotte, a nonprofit that provides free health screenings, clothing drives, school supplies, and career assistance. As Director of Career Training & Development, I create programs that equip individuals with the skills and confidence to pursue job opportunities and achieve self-sufficiency.


I’m also passionate about literacy and creative expression. In 2015, I was named Poet of The Year, and in 2018, I was nominated for Author of The Year. I use my writing to inspire self-awareness and foster communication, helping people connect and work together more effectively. ​
